Huseyin Tombuloglu (Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Research and Medical Consultation (IRMC) of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. He received his BSc. Degree in 2007 (Molecular Biology and Genetics), and also he studied at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He obtained an MS degree (Biology) in 2010 and PhD degree (Biotechnology) in 2014. He became Assistant Professor in 2014 and Associate Professor in 2018. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Plant Genomics, Biotechnology, and Bioinformatics. His current research is focused on nanoparticle-plant interaction. He has published more than 80 internationally indexed articles. He is the co-editor of four international books published by Springer and Elsevier.
